I think that this Penny Black Image is simply beautiful. It's so clever how simply by using different textures in the rubber, the effect of perspective is achieved.

The sketch is from Just Us Girls and a few other challenges have been included.

The DP is Bits of Ivory, embossing - Papermania, sentiment - Docrafts, holly leaves -Tim Holtz, script stamp Rollagraph and the die-cutting is Nesties. The ribbon was coloured to match using a Copic pen.

I'm still trying to catch up with myself after having the family to stay this past week. I also have tunes from Les Miserables still running through my head, since my daughter and I went to see a fabulous performance in Southampton on Wednesday. Gareth Gates was fabulous as Marius, and the chap who played Jean Valjean was amazing. There was a well deserved standing ovation at the end of the performance. Wonderful!
