Jewelled

I used this design for a clean and simple card a couple of posts back and thought I would use a similar sketch for the challenge at My Time to Craft this week. All the twinkle on this card gives it a very different feel... shiny ribbon, pearlised cardstock, Glamour Dust and adhesive gems all add to the bling, however I think I prefer the more subtle effect of inks and grosgrain ribbon in my earlier card. What do you think?
Lots of elements on this card are made from punches.
Leaves - Leonie Em
Flowers - Nellie Snellen cut and emboss duo
Butterfly - Tonic
Tags - Sizzix
The background was embossed with a Papermania folder and the ribbon was coloured to match the flowers etc. with a Copic pen.
One Stitch at a Time -Blooms, butterflies and bling
I Did it Creations - Beige, blue + one other

  1. This is very pretty Chrissie - my preference is the same as yours though, but that means nothing - I bet you'd end up with an even split in a survey! Been admiring the card and stamps in your previous post too - how lovely are they!

  12. That blue is quite an electric colour Chrissie. But this is such an unusual look from you - if there was a line up - i would never say you'd done this one. I much more used to the subtle look from you and think that I prefer the previous one you mentioned.
