365 Cards x 2

For today's challenge we had to choose some fabric from around our house and take a pic then make a card based on the fabric inspiration.
I chose my landing curtains, it was poor light when I took the photo, so apologies.
I used the sketch from Card patterns again, using Cuttlebug die-cuts for the flowers. The dotty paper is from Clare Curd's Signature Range, and the sentiment is Papermania.

Yesterday's sketch for 365 Cards seemed almost impossible for me and despite having several abortive attempts I'm still not pleased with this, but I don't think I could do any better.... inspiration was sadly lacking.
Today is another day, let's hope things will improve!

  1. oh, that red card is stunning! i love your take with that challenge and the sketch is so great. I love those leaves!

  2. I think both are fabulous, I can't pick a favorite.

  4. OOOOoooo! That red card is divine. Fabulous job with the challenge. You would have my vote, if I were a judge :)

  5. Both cards are nice, but that red one....woohooo that's fabbie! And you actually used fabric from your house...unlike SOME people.... hee hee

  6. wow taht fabric inspired card is beautiful - mmm mmmmm! I quite like your curtains too then.

  7. The red on white is very striking! Love!

  8. I love them both and green will normally always win for me, but I can't pick a favourite from these two :o)
