Darnell's Twofer Challenge this time is for a wreath!
Here I used a die from Memory Box I believe, for a Christmas card and a card which might be suitable for a Wedding, Engagement or an Anniversary!
Here are the cards individually

The Noel on this one is from Sizzix, the leaves from Crafter's Companion and the bow from MFT. To make the depth of colour of the greens for the leaves I used some glossy photographic paper and daubed it with alcohol inks. When dry, the colours are rich and vibrant and after die-cutting look fab!

The silver base for this card was the cover from a menu at a meal we attended! The dove die was a freebie from a magazine, the Congrats is from Hero Arts, and I'm not really sure of the origin of the tiny leaf sprig.

This next one is for the challenge at AAA Cards where the theme is On the Move

For this one I used some old Stampin UP stamps, tree dies and sentiment from a Magazine freebie and the embossing folder from Sheena Douglass!
This is also for the challenge at The Card Concept where there is this inspiration photo!

Having done a count of my Christmas card makes, I realised that I'm still a few short, so I'l be turning my hand to a few swift makes in the very near future!

  1. Your wreath designs are exquisite, Chrissie! They are flawless and so beautifully textural! I will have to try using AI on photo paper. Thank you for that idea. I love how the leaves look and I'll bet they are even prettier in person! And way to go upcycling the menu for your romantic lovebird congrats card! Clever girl! Thank you so much for playing in Twofer Card Challenge #11!

I also love your textural and sensational Christmas card! That snow e/f is the best ever and now I must have it. Your card would also rock the photo inspiration at The Card Concept so you should enter there:

    Hugs, Darnell

  2. Love the snowy texture of the sky and how you've still left plenty of empty white space below it. Thanks for playing at AAA Cards.

  3. Such beautiful wreath cards, Chrissie! Those holly leaves you've created with alcohol inks look amazing against that twig wreath, and the sentiment looks like it were made for just this! Gorgeous wedding/anniversary/engagement card!! The special silver paper, and all the elements work perfectly together. You've created a couple of sweet cards here.
