Thanks so much!

I've just realised that the leaf doesn't come from the same tree as the acorn... but I like the image from Mel Jennings anyway! It's my DT card for the Creative Card Crew this week. The theme is Giving Thanks, but as we don't have the celebration of Thanksgiving in the UK, I just did a regular thank you card.
I love this backing paper which I found in the drawer, but couldn't find the source... It's a digi but I couldn't  find the file on my computer... very strange! I added a little faux stitching and coloured a few adhesive pearls with a Copic marker to balance the sentiment  which is from Hero Arts.My daughter just called to say that her
28 month old daughter had done something to her computer which caused all the keys to perform their secondary function, unless she held down the Fn key. Guess what! I sorted it out for her!
Granny triumphs again!
(Actually I looked online for a solution and got one first hit!)

  4. well done on your techno advice Chrissie!!!

The paper that you found actually looks like gold on black on screen - its a pitty you can't remember where you got it from. You coloured the leaves really well... lovely card.
