Bird or leaf?

I was messing around for ages trying to make this bird from the leaf/bird die from Paper Artsy!
I used some Distress Ink to colour him whilst still in the die and masking his tummy with another die-cut. Ink kept seeping under the die and looking very messy and I had lots of attempts to get it right. This was the best of the bunch. The trees/leaves and sentiment are from Stampin' Up and the background paper embossed with a Cuttlebug embossing folder.

  6. I think paperartsy stuff and stamping up stuff is quite easily recognisable along with papertrey ink; all images from each easily fit with each other - this is no exception! Well done on your perseverance Chrissie. Came out brill!!!
