WOYWW #595

This is the view of my other desk just after my Zoom meeting last night! (Hence the glass of wine)
To the right of the computer is my SIlhouette Portrait Machine, on the shelves are a load of Stampin' Up stamp sets, plates for my die cutting machines, lots of card, the top shelf has coloured card in colour families. The drawers have more dies, cello envelopes, and other bits and pieces. I can't quite get my knees under the desk because of another set of drawers, I think I really need a sort out!
This is my latest DT card for  Christmas Craft Creations, it's on the post before this if you fancy seeing the links to join in!
Yesterday I discovered a load of comments from WOYWWers in my junk folder. I think I managed to get around to everyone last week, but if I don't manage it, I at least like to visit those who visited me, so if I missed any of you I'm really sorry, I usually go by my email notifications rather than looking back at my post!
DO join in with Julia over on her Stamping Ground to take a snoop around the craft desks of the world.
Have a good day everyone!

  2. That’s a very elegant card which I like a lot! I always go to Blogger comments to see what’s come in as not everyone’s comment arrives by email - I’m not tech enough to know why though, lol!

  4. Hi Chrissie. That card is so beautiful - positively serene. Well done. I have to go back to my post to see the comments, as so many of my comments also get sent to my junk file. Frustrating, isn't it! All the best when you do your sort out... ouch!
    Take care. God bless.

  7. I really must find out how to get the zoom thing. I can see you're using it on a lap top so that has reassured me as I would have to do it on mine if I can. Love the card, very nice. I've been finding some comments in my junk folder recently that had never gone there before so who knows why. Have a happy and creative woyww, Angela x18x

  10. Terrific card ~ You do have quite a lot of Stampin Up sets and a nice inventory of card stock to play with too. Happy Halloween! Love, Karen#23

  11. Hi Chrissie. The dragging photos onto blog thing is where you have the photos you wish to include on your blog on you desktop screen and your blog there as well and you click and hold your mouse on one of the photos and move it onto your blog page and release the click and the photo uploads on the page you are writing. Rather than clicking on the insert photo icon and doing all those steps to insert a photo. So click and hold, move and drop. Not sure if you use the same blog software, but if you do you could have a go. BJ#10

  12. Hi Chrissie, I had to laugh I can't get my knees under any of my desks, this room is so stuffed! I'm kinda used to it now but I expect its terrible for my posture! I just love that Christmas card - very understated and elegant. Have a good week, stay well, stay safe, Cindy #19xx

  13. It’s amazing to see how packed in all your gear is, and then you produce the most beautiful clean and unsplodgy cards....I would say how, but it’s just in you, I know! It would drive me mad not being able to get my knees under my desk...my sister in law has a kitchen island instead of a table but you can’t sit at it because it’s all cupboards and no ‘overhang’...just thinking about it makes me cross!!! Trouble is though Chrissie....if it meant sorting out, I’d probably put up with it for longer than is good for me!

  14. That card is amazing. I am apt to bang my knee sometimes as not much room under my desk either. I would love to have a bigger craft room, but I guess it took so long for me to have one, I should be grateful for what I have. Have a great week Angela #26

  16. That is a beautiful classy card. I have just found some images left over from last year and I might just use them but not quite yet - I have other things on the go.
Hope the Acers survive the winter and flourish for you.
    Hugs, Neet xx

  17. What a beautiful card, Chrissie. The sentiment made me laugh because it's a joke between my hubby and me - he sings this silly song to me (he's tone deaf so it has no real tune lol!) and the words are la la la la la la la!!! (He's not much of a poet, either...)

Thank you for your visit - I'm glad you found it interesting. It must have been wonderful to visit that carpet workshop - I'm really envious!

    Happy belated WOYWW,

  19. Super card Crissie - very CAS! Zoom is great - I set up a meeting with my parents for this afternoon - might swap the wine for a cup of tea though! Thanks for your visit -I've only just spotted your comment as well, but like you I always make it a point to visit everyone back who visits me! Might see you again later this week. Have fun and take care! zsuzsa #9
