365 Cards Day 119 Seeing a Silhouette

I've had this Penny Black stamp for ages, although I haven't managed to use it until now. Thanks 365!
It's really clever how the depth perception is given by the surface texture of the stamp. It's great isn't it!
Again my simple style, which could be quite a good card for a chap. I decided to do the whole card in shades of brown. I used Stazon Timber brown for the stamping and the paper for the leaves (Leonie Em punch) is a complementary shade with a wood grain texture.
The sentiment stamp is Hero Arts.
Simples!

  1. Chrissie, I absolutely love this and you are right it would be perfect for a masculine card. I think it would also be great as a Christmas Card.

  7. Do you know at first glance I thought you'd been busy masking again, what a great stamp! I think the stamp would be good for Christmas too, would be a whole different look, quite chic I think.

  9. So this is not masking Chrissie? You mean it is just one stamp? Did you hand colour each deer separately? So many questions!! Geez this is a beauty, I love it too pieces, it is very very cleverly done.
