Less is More Week 37 Cocktails

I don't know how we come up with these ideas... they seem so good at the time, then when push comes to shove we find it difficult to come up with something scintillating!
This week  the challenge at "Less is More"  is Cocktails!
Anyway here's my five penn'orth!
This one is a stamp by Art Impressions heat embossed, lightly coloured and Glossy Accented. The sentiment is from SU's Wonderful words.

This bit of nonsense used Penny Black's Chicky Night stamp given to me by my lovely friend Mandi, I just love chickens! I'm not quite sure sure which is me!!!
This last one is the singular Cock-tail!
Say no more!
The images are from Stampin' Up's (now retired) Rustic Rooster set. I do hope you will test your imagination and give this challenge a go!
Have a great weekend.

  5. Love them, especially the row of chickens - I have a friend who has a flock of hens and she has named them after her girlfriends, so affectionately calls them 'The Girls'.

All your cards are fabulous - I love the elegance of the cocktail glass and matching font, I love the inking and texture of the last but the second is my favourite as I just love that stamp - it's so funny!

  14. I don't know how you manage to think of something different every week either - but I'm so glad you do. What would we do without LIM? Love all of your cards Chrissie, I can't say which is my favourite as they all have their unique points. I love the Art Impressions stamp - so classy looking; the Penny Black characters and sentiment are so funny and I love the vintage look and play on words of your third card. Sue.x

  21. I find the "chick" card totally funny! Don't have any idea who I would ever send something like that to...but it is funny! All three are great cards. This was an especially difficult challenge for me as we don't drink (alcohol) and I don't even have any stamps that would work! But...if you stick with it long enough, you'll come up with SOMETHING! LOL!!

  26. Gorgeous cards as always Chrissie - I have a soft spot for the chickens out on the town image! I can only assume you thought up this theme at the end of an evening in a cocktail bar! But Viv is right - we like to complain but you have provided so much inspiration with LiM and we are very grateful! Vx
