We went to a wedding on Friday, which of course made me think it was Saturday. Saturday then felt rather like Sunday and Sunday was Sunday of course and then the Bank holiday felt like Sunday, and now suddenly and without warning, it's Wednesday!
How did that happen?
Yesterday was spent doodling, I started scribbling in the morning and kind of continued for most of the day. Didn't particularly get anywhere, but there's loads of scrap paper in the bin!
I also watched a video on using the Spellbinders Impressabilities for a letterpress technique, so I dug one of those out and am about to have a go!
I'll let you know how I get on!
Take a look over at Julia's blog to track down other crafting spaces. It seems to be going global these days! What fun!
Hope you know what day you're on soon - it's bad enough with a bank holiday to confuse everyone, never mind it will soon be next Wednesday already!!
ReplyDeleteI have weeks like that when I don't know what day it is, perhaps its my age!! Love your desk and your pens look very organised. Hope the DVD proved useful. Have a great Wednesday, Tracy Evans x x
ReplyDeleteHiya Chrissie
ReplyDeleteI really hate that feeling on the day not being the day! lol, happens often in this house!

Hi again. I've spotted a scoreboard instruction sheet on your wall - so sensible, mine's in a file, soon won't be though! Thanks so much.
ReplyDeleteIt only took me a year to get to grips with my nestabilities, so good luck with that! Lots of colouring going on here ...
ReplyDeleteYou have a serious amount of pens. Guess they aren't called pens, but since I don't have any, I don't know what they are called. We in the US didn't get a bank holiday. In fact, we get nothing between New Years and Memorial Day. Happy WOYWW. Hope you get some art time in today.
ReplyDeleteOoh a letterpress technique - how interesting. As for the week being a jumble - I'm so with you!
ReplyDeleteHolidays always confuse me too :) I spent all day thinking it was MONDAY yesterday. Looking forward to seeing the results of your Letterpress play.

The way things are I will probably take til Tuesday to get round to everyone and wonder what happened to the days in between. This is the second attempt ..the first just vanished lol. You must need to be so organized with all the things you do
ReplyDeleteLike the sign in my laundy room says...The only "normal" in this house is a setting on the washing machine!!
ReplyDeleteHi there...Yes totally agree with you...Bank holidays always set me off wondering what day it is? This week has whizzed by! Loving all your copics lined up in a row...I have Promarkers but love the extra strength of colour that you get with Copics.
ReplyDeleteOh no I hate it when that happen and you get all confused which day it is. Those images look great that you are going to colour. Hugs Pascale
ReplyDeleteGreat idea to have the copic chart on the wall saves hunting for it all the time like I do with my promarker chart.

Hi Chrissie, thanks so much for your sweet comment on my blog. I love the images on your desk and your fab collection of copics. I spent this afternoon tyding up my craft room there was stuff all over the place...lol I'll do the WOYWW next week if I remember. I usually only have about a foot square left to craft in...lol

Hi Chrissie - thanks for visiting my blog. this is the first time i will have properly blogged in over a fortnight so I'm pretty sure i have oodles of your cards to catch up with... i'll put some time aside to do that...
ReplyDeleteI know what you're saying about the weekends feeling odd - although everyday feels the same to me while i've been off work sick.
I'll be back later anyhow.
Paula x x x
That video sounds interesting, have to google that one up!
ReplyDeleteYou have such a great amount of markers, and they are all standing up like soldiers and not in a tin box where it takes hours to find the right color (like i have lol). Have a wonderful day!
