Winter Birthday

This winter birthday card is for several challenges.
I used the sketch from Truly Scrumptious but I'm really sorry I forgot about the colour (black, pink , green) element of this challenge! It's such a fab sketch I may do another!
The recipe of 3 pieces of DP, 1 piece of ribbon and 3 buttons from A Spoonful of Sugar
The theme of 'Show us Winter' from Roses on Paper
What's New (tiny buttons) from Crafty Cardmakers.
Everybody Art - Snowflakes
The image of course is Magnolia coloured with Copics and the papers are from Cuddly Buddly as are my new miniscule buttons. (The only way I could pick them up was by poking my pokey tool into the holes!) The sentiment is Stampin Up.
I've just eaten almost a whole bag of chocolate covered honeycomb lumps. Talk about moreish. Hasn't done the old waistline any favours!

  2. This is brilliant Chrissie. I love the layout and the beautifully coloured image.
I am in the middle of making a birthday card for my dad, the only bit I have left to do is stick down four squares, like yours. Have you got any tips as to how I can make sure I get them lined up properly - yours looks so neat and precise.
