This week has completely flown!
Last weekend was spent in London, seeing Mamma Mia and indulging in a little retail therapy. I did manage to buy a super coat reduced by £50 which was wonderful and on returning home I was even more pleased with it than I was in the shop. Since then I don't know where the days have gone to and here we are approaching another weekend!
I made this card today using one of the Hero Arts watercolour flower stamps which I used for one of my cards which has been published in the latest Craft Stamper Magazine. I love the effect of them. I coloured the stamp with SU markers before stamping . I was also quite pleased with the evenness of the stitiching on this one. The sentiment and Embossing folder used were also from Stampin' Up.

I am completely in love with mamma mia, saw the stage version, and have the movie on DVD, watching it over and over, always makes me feel good !!

ReplyDeleteOh my I am in LOVE with your cards! I have always loved anything water color, and this card is so spring like and charming. Did you stitch it on your sewing machine?? I have just recently used my sewing machine for the first time on a card and just love the effect it has on card making. I am only 6 weeks into card making so a newbie! You came to my blog and left me such an encouraging comment and I want to thank you so very much for finding your way to my blog! It is so inspiring to find such creative card makers such as yourself, to see new ideas, and such beautiful cards. I'm your newest follower, and I would love it if you followed my blog too. I hope you are having an awesome weekend. I love that you call shopping retail therapy...I am going to use that in the future! I call my crafting therapy.
