WOYWW 152

Looking at this, no-one would believe that I had removed EVERYTHING from the surface of my desk and wiped it clean of all traces of snippings, dust, escaped embossing powder, attempted embellishments and other detritus, merely minutes previously.
It doesn't take me long to make a mess.
Despite my re-organisation of my cling stamps recently, I still can't find a couple of stamp sets... one cling, one clear. It's SO annoying, I really can't imagine where they can be... the sad thing is that I  may have put them some where 'safe' and haven't any recollection of it.
Please say I'm not the only one who does this!
My grandchildren will be coming to stay tomorrow, their parents have a wedding to attend on Friday, so not a lot of crafting will take place whilst they are around... but it will be fun!
DO pop over to Julia the Queen of all Workdesk hopping and take a look at what other people's desks look like this week!

  3. Looks quite organised to me Chrissie. For a neat freak, I am one very messy crafter. Never have time to put things away before the next urge comes over me.

  4. Hey set the grand children to good use and get them creative with you. Get an old book and make journal pages with credit cards and paint and water and windex and stencils and all sorts of stuff that they can get messy with. You will have a ball and they will love it.

In the middle of a field, on the dongle, so not much Internet time, whizzing round as fast as I can!

  7. I constantly lose stuff but then it makes it more fun when it turns up and I feel like I have a new toy (apart from my left brown boot that seems to have disappeared - that is a nuisance as I cant hop to school as its too far!). Thanks for sharing - Sunshine Girl No. 29

  8. I've rebought things I've put "somewhere safe" only to discover the original about 5 minutes after bringing the new one home and putting it in the same safe place......

  21. You're certainly not the only one to do that with stamps. It took me ages the other night to find what I wanted despite the fact it was in the box where it should have been - tucked away a bit. Nice tidy workspace - thanks for sharing - Hazel, WOYWW #10 x

You should take photos of clear ups as evidence as it looks as though you've had fun since.
