I simply love this bellflower die from Creative-Depot. Here I stacked it three times and added some Peeled Paint Distress Oxide Ink with a sponge dauber. I used the edge of the dauber to drag some of the colour up to the petals from the stem and then spritzed it with water to diffuse the colour. The trellis is from a Sizzix die and I stamped a few splatters behind it. I stacked the sentiment and intended having it green, but the colour was much too harsh and so I added another white layer on the top! I like how the green is peeking out!

This is absolutely beautiful Chrissie.
ReplyDeleteI love how you have just used a touch of colour on the die, it really makes it pop.
Think I have that die stashed away in my boxes somewhere so must see if I can find it.
You have inspired me to get my inks and dies out of storage boxes and get crafting again. x
Gorgeous card Chrissie. The flowers and trellis look so delicate and feminine. I love just the little bit of green watercolouring and the tiny bit peeking out from the background. Thanks for joining us at The Flower Challenge! xx
