It's time for another sketch at Less is More and as you might expect it's a simple one!
Here I flipped the diagonal so that I could use one of my Memory Box Distressed Windham Collage dies. The flower stack is from Poppy Stamps and the sentiment from Happy Little Stampers. I die cut part of the tag to fit around the edge of the flowers. The card was coloured with distress inks using the shaving foam technique and the die-cut flowers raised on 3d pads
Your flower card is soooo pretty and soft but I'm loving the heffalump card too.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous use of the doors to add your diagonal. Lively stories to see a bonus baby card too! Lou x

ReplyDeleteGorgeous, Chrissie. I love how you used the shaving foam technique for those flowers, and the baby card looks fab with that cute elephant and slightly offset embossed layer! You always pay attention to the details and it really shows.
ReplyDeleteCAS-tastic, awesome beauties as every Chrissie. Don't know how you do it while juggling the grandkiddies! That little die-cut elephant is adorable and so effective against the dotty paper. Have a fun week. Sarah x

Two very different but wonderful cards, Chrissie. Loving the texture with the pops of colour on your first. And the cute elephant with the delicate scalloped edging is perfect for a baby card x
ReplyDeleteLove both of these Chrissie! I am drawn to the elephant, but I just love the pop of yellow from those little flowers against the white, such a fab CAS card.
