Stamp With Us & Everybody Art Challenges

I made this card today with some of my stash of SU goodies which the postman delivered this morning. It was really exciting, sticking all the stamps onto their respective blocks and then having a play with lots of the bits and bobs.
It is for 2 challenges- Blue, Brown and White from Everybody Art and a Thank you card from Stamp with us Challenge.
The images and sentiment are from the Trendy Trees set, and I used the Eyelet border and the Word window punches.
I don't actually have a Stampamajig, so I used my granddaughter's Lego with a piece of acetate sheet instead in order to position the trunks of the trees in the correct places with the leaves.

  9. I have a very home-made version of stamp positioner too - works a treat..ecessity being the mother and all that! You have a far more forgiving nature than me. L like SU! images alot, but can't help feeling that for the money, I shouldn't have to do the mounting myself. See, you enjoyed it and I'm made cross by it. Sasy alot about us huh?!

  10. Love this look. I didn't take to this stamp set much when I saw it in the catty - then I saw what others made with it and now it's one of my favourites. It's so versatile. Clever use of lego, it looks to have worked for you. Thanks for playing along.
