Flossie and her doll


I love Mo Manning's images and this is a favourite, although until now unused.
I paper pieced her dress and started to wish I hadn't once I started cutting... it's very fiddly!
At the outset, I also paperpieced the dolly's dress with the negative paper from from Flossie's, but the contrast was not marked enough and it all looked like one. So she was stripped of her garments and just shaded a tad with Copics.
It's for several challenges.

The papers are Cuddly Buddly and the sentiment is SU on a Cuttlebug 2 piece die.
I have a hospital appointment this morning about my knee. I hope that they can do something so that I can get back to the gym. My weight is on the upward slope without my usual workouts!!!

    Really love the little mouse. So pretty.
    Good luck with the knee...full sympathy coming to your from here. I had my new knee in 2005 [aged only 47] for arthritis...it took the pain but left me with nuisance factor...can't kneel on it, or squat but Oh to be free of the constant pain is amazing :-)
