I sometimes find colour challenges a little difficult, especially if the colours designated are not those that I would naturally choose for myself. Green is one of them, and is one of the colours from The Pink Elephant this week, together with yellow and pink.
The sketch is another from Mojo Monday. The Paper is Anita's and the little butterfly is from a Cuttlebug die. The tulips are Stampabilities and the sentiment from Hobby Art.
I find it difficult to find a decent place to take pictures of my cards, especially in the afternoons when the sun is at the front of the house, as we have leaded light windows which cast shadows across my cards... tricky! I could do with one of those mini photo studio jobbies like Sarita!
I love this card. its so pretty. i know what you mean i am the same with green, but always seems to suprise me. But you have made this card with such love.
ReplyDeleteThe colours look brill - it's good how these challenges make you think and use things/colours that you would not have looked at before. Your punch is envyable!!!! ikki

Gorgeous Chrissie, and still delicate even if out of your comfort zone! I love it!
ReplyDeleteI think your photos are great, I know what you mean about non sunny afternoons. I have one of those photo cubes and my pics seem to look worse when I use it. I could really do with some lessons.
