It's one Layer Week at 'Less is More' and the additional element is Shadow Stamping!
Here are my cards... I did two which were not one layer before I remembered that it was One Layer week! How nice it would be to have a brain!
This is an Inkadinkado image, stamped twice without re-inking for each repetition of the image.
The sentiment is from Lili of the Valley!
More masking here, horizontally this time, with a foliage stamp from Unity and a splatter stamp from SU, stamped with Versamark and clear embossed. The sky was then inked with SU Bashful Blue ink and the green colour was stamped using Forest Moss Distress Ink. The surface of the embossing was cleaned of excess ink with a paper towel. Once more the sentiment is from Lili of the Valley.
Beautiful cards, Chrissie.

Beautiful cards, the first is my favourite and it would make a lovely sympathy card (with a different greeting of course!)

As always Chrissie your cards are gorgeous! I've never tried this technique so am looking forward to giving it a go! Jo x
ReplyDeleteBoth cards are absolutely gorgeous Chrissie. I love when you do this technique.
ReplyDeleteWow! Repeating the image really does add something special to cards. I've never tried this, so off I go. Have a great weekend.
ReplyDeleteThese are beautiful Chrissie, love how striking the first card is
ReplyDeleteGorgeous cards, Chrissie! I love how you created the sky on your 2nd card...it's so unexpected and really fabulous!
ReplyDeleteTwo really classy cards Chrissie, I love the first one featured on LIM particularly which is why I sort of 'cased' the layout with mine but your second one is so full of intricate detail. It's not a technique I've ever tried before but there's certainly some fine inspriation. x
ReplyDeletetwo very beautiful cards!
ReplyDeleteVery nice shadow stamping, I really like the scene on the second card.
ReplyDeleteStunning cards as always
