I thought that I would have a bit of experiment to see if I could combine a few challenges. I began with the Crafty Cardmakers challenge to use alcohol inks and made the background for the flourishes from Keep it Simple. I then distressed the edges for ABC's distressing challenge and as the sentiment has a bee in it, that qualified it for Cute Card Thursday's Tweet & Flutter Challenge.
The flourish is from Artemio and the sentiment from Inkadinkado.
I quite like the effect of using scrunched up and then flattened cling film over the inks, which leaves the crackled finish. The ribbon was coloured to match the base paper using a Copic pen.
Job done.
