365 Cards A Certain Sentiment ~ Penny Black Recipe ~ Creative Card Crew - Girls wanna have fun


I think I fell into the trap with this one. I didn't have an appropriate image for the sentiment of 'You can do it' from 365 Cards today, so having decided on this new Penny Black acquisition, I thought that I would incorporate that challenge too... which is to use 3 ribbons, 2 flowers and a brad or pin.
It doesn't work somehow. The flowers are too ostentatious for the kind of image and font used. Maybe I could change the flowers for smaller ones, I did try a couple of different options but they all looked as bad as each other. I'll probably put it down to one of those things.
As the cow is a girl... apparently having fun I thought it would be OK for the Creative Card Crew's challenge this week too.

    I really think the cow loves the flowers and if she's drinking what I think she's drinking, she won't care!

    It IS a fun card..I don't have ANY, not one, blooms/flowers. But I do have that stamen punch which I use instead of flowers when they can be small....and if you have one I feel vindicated!

    OMG, what a cute, cute card! That cow is just so much fun! It's been a pretty hectic week for me, so whatever she's drinking, I want one! (Does she have her belly button pierced? I can't tell!) Great job!
